• Manage workplace disputes and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Drive the performance management system, guiding managers on best practices.
• Compile and analyze HR metrics for strategic planning.
• Plan and execute training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Administer employee benefits and respond to related inquiries.
• Ensure accurate employee record-keeping and reporting.
• Act as a point of contact for HR inquiries from staff and management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
