Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Pretoria. This role requires a strong background in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Responsibilities

  • Lead HR projects aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and optimize the candidate experience.
  • Administer performance management processes and succession planning.
  • Ensure HR compliance with local and international labor regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics to evaluate trends and inform decision-making.
  • Implement employee recognition programs to motivate staff.
  • Work with management to identify training needs and develop programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on HR topics.
  • Advocate for a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Finish annual HR reports and present findings to management.

Advantageous

  • Previous experience in an HR leadership role: Prior experience managing an HR team or department.
