We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients, work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, and engage in community health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient follow-ups and ensure continuity of care.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.
• Advocate for patient needs and facilitate access to services.
• Stay current with medical best practices and continuing education.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior nursing staff.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Specialization in Family Practice is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in family practice or primary care

• Patient Care Planning

• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

• Fluency in multiple languages: Proficiency in more than one language enhances patient communication.
