Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Supervise staff and volunteers during events.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
• Prepare post-event reports outlining successes and areas for improvement.
• Utilize event management software for planning and tracking.
• Maintain an organized database of vendor contacts.
• Work with marketing to promote events and manage social media.
• Participate in networking events to build relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or relevant field
• Master's degree in related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate event planning
