Job Description

We seek a Customer Service Representative to assist our customers with their inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Your role will be vital in maintaining our excellent reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product information and technical support.
  • Document customer feedback and relay it to the management team.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Support customer retention strategies by encouraging repeat business.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Diploma in Customer Service or equivalent is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service

Advantageous

  • Previous experience in a call center setting: Experience in a fast-paced call center environment is preferred.
