Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent based in Johannesburg, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to solve their issues and providing them with the information they need. Your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically will be key in fostering positive relationships and enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

Experience
