Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Tertiary qualification in customer service or business is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in support roles

  • Knowledge of ticketing systems

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Basic
