• Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants.
• Facilitate blended learning environments by incorporating digital resources.
• Assess and recommend learning platforms for efficient content delivery.
• Lead the development of leadership training and employee engagement strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master’s degree beneficial

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a Learning and Development role
