Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our Pretoria team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating bespoke travel itineraries, managing client relationships, and providing expert travel advice to ensure unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed travel plans that encompass client needs and interests.
• Educate clients on visa requirements and travel insurance options.
• Utilize travel booking systems to manage reservations efficiently.
• Conduct market research to identify competitive travel packages.
• Offer solutions to optimize travel experiences for clients.
• Assist in marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Coordinate group travel arrangements and manage logistics.
• Provide ongoing support and advice throughout the travel planning process.
• Monitor clients' travel expenses to ensure adherence to budgets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Travel Management would be an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in travel consulting or sales
