Job Description

As an Employee Relations Specialist at Dynamic Services Group, you'll play a key role in shaping workplace culture and promoting employee engagement. Your expertise will help us navigate employee relations challenges, fostering an environment of open communication and trust.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on conflict resolution and performance management.
• Create and maintain up-to-date employee relations policies and procedures.
• Facilitate training sessions on HR policies, procedures and workplace compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or Social Sciences
• Advanced HR or Labor Relations degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in HR or employee relations management

Technical Skills

• HR Policies and Procedures

• Organization

Certifications

• CIPD Level 5
• SHRM-SCP

Languages

• English: Fluent
