Job Description

As an Employee Relations Specialist at Dynamic Services Group, you'll play a key role in shaping workplace culture and promoting employee engagement. Your expertise will help us navigate employee relations challenges, fostering an environment of open communication and trust.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
• Collaborate with HR team to promote a positive workplace environment.
• Support management in disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
• Research and address trends in employee relations issues to improve practices.
• Prepare reports on employee relations metrics and recommend improvements.
• Engage with employees to gather feedback and implement improvements based on their input.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or Social Sciences
• Advanced HR or Labor Relations degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in HR or employee relations management

Technical Skills

• HR Policies and Procedures

• Organization

Certifications

• CIPD Level 5
• SHRM-SCP

Languages

• English: Fluent
