Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top candidates.
  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and trends.
  • Coordinate the induction and training programs for new hires.
  • Manage workplace safety and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure proper documentation and HR records management.
  • Conduct exit interviews and develop retention strategies.
  • Evaluate training programs for effectiveness and relevance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is beneficial
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership role
