As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide product recommendations.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily reports on customer interactions.
  • Assist in developing FAQs and other resource materials.
  • Contribute to team performance goals and objectives.
  • Support the onboarding of new customer service staff.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
Technical Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Soft Skills
  • Empathy
  • Problem-solving

Advantageous

  • Bilingual skills: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Experience with online support channels: Familiarity with live chat and social media support tools.
