We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to oversee our client relationships in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and enhancing user experience through effective communication and support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to customer interactions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions related to customer success initiatives.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and customer management strategies.
  • Actively resolve conflicts and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • CRM Software Proficient in CRM tools to manage customer relationships.
  • Data Analysis Analytical skills to assess customer data for actionable insights.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Basic)
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology: Experience working in Agile teams to foster a collaborative customer-centric approach.
  • Previous leadership experience: Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
