Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to oversee our client relationships in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and enhancing user experience through effective communication and support.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to customer interactions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions related to customer success initiatives.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and customer management strategies.
  • Actively resolve conflicts and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field

  • 5+ years in customer relationship roles
