Creative Spaces Ltd. is on the lookout for an Interior Designer who is passionate about interior aesthetics and functionality. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, from initial consultations to final execution. A strong candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within our design teams and with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Initiate design projects with comprehensive client consultations.
• Draft and revise architectural and interior plans using design software.
• Manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
• Coordinate with engineers and builders to ensure design integrity.
• Create 3D models and visualizations of proposed designs.
• Present design proposals to clients and adapt based on feedback.
• Follow up with vendors to procure materials in a timely manner.
• Assist in the selection of colours, finishes, and furnishings.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
• Participate in design charrettes and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Professional certification is desirable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in interior design
