Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical design specifications and perform calculations.
• Create and test prototypes to assess design issues.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in troubleshooting and providing solutions to engineering challenges.
• Document technical reports and project updates.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials.
• Support manufacturing processes by providing technical guidance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in related engineering roles

Technical Skills

• MATLAB
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Certified in Engineering Management (CEM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HVAC systems: Knowledge and experience with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Project Management Certification: Certification in project management will be an added advantage.
