Responsibilities

• Support the compliance manager in developing compliance strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of annual reports for regulatory authorities.
• Analyse compliance metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with legal advisors to interpret regulatory changes.
• Develop training materials to enhance staff understanding of compliance.
• Conduct internal training on compliance-related topics.
• Ensure that compliance documentation is comprehensive and accessible.
• Act as a liaison between compliance and other key departments.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
• Certifications in Compliance Management will be advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial sector focusing on compliance.
