Job Description

As a Customer Service Assistant in Durban, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Manage product returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Engage in proactive conversations with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Work closely with the sales team to facilitate order processing.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Support marketing initiatives by promoting ongoing offers and services.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service roles

  • Experience with call center software
