  • Develop preventive maintenance programs to uphold hotel standards.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities.
  • Oversee reservations and manage occupancy rates effectively.
  • Create promotional campaigns to boost hotel visibility.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Degree in Hotel Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in hotel management with a focus on luxury properties
