Job Description

As an HR Generalist based in Pretoria, you will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute HR projects, including employee engagement surveys and development programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for all employee inquiries concerning HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics related to recruitment, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with management to develop succession planning initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining an inclusive workplace culture through diversity and inclusion initiatives.
