Job Description

As a Process Development Engineer at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimising production processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of process engineering principles and will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimise production workflows for efficiency enhancement.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time project completion.
  • Work with suppliers to source materials that meet project specifications.
  • Analyse current process performance and benchmark against industry standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for process-related issues to implement corrective actions.
  • Utilise software tools for process simulation and modelling.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high product quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation.
  • Support cross-functional teams in troubleshooting production issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Master's degree is preferable

  • 5+ years of experience in process development or manufacturing settings
