The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in aerospace principles, on top of being adept at collaborating in cross-functional teams. With a focus on innovation and excellence, you will be involved in designing and analyzing aerospace systems, providing solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
• Perform root cause analysis on failures and defects.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Master's Degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in aerospace engineering

Certifications

• Certified Aerospace Engineer (CAE)
