Responsibilities

  • Supervise the front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget, forecasting revenue and expenses.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that engages employees.
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements accordingly.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Lead marketing efforts to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Professional qualification in Hospitality Management is preferred
