We are seeking a qualified Legal Advisor to join our expanding team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in corporate law, compliance, and contract negotiations, and will play a vital role in providing legal guidance to our clients. Responsibilities

• Liaise with external legal advisors when necessary.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on legal compliance.
• Monitor changes in legislation that affect business operations.
• Draft and implement policies and procedures related to legal matters.
• Assist in preparing for legal proceedings and litigation.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
• Master's in Law is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years in a legal advisory or corporate legal role
