Responsibilities

  • Prepare legal documents and manage filing.
  • Assist with research and fact-checking for cases.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients.
  • Help attorneys with case management and deadlines.
  • Draft correspondence and legal notices.
  • Maintain and update records and filing systems.
  • Assist in gathering evidence for cases.
  • Communicate with opposing counsel regarding case status.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a legal assistance role
