Job Description

We are on the hunt for a Compliance Officer based in Pretoria, dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with local laws and regulations while actively contributing to risk management efforts within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of compliance programs across the organization.
• Assess compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities during audits.
• Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities.
• Assist in developing communication plans regarding compliance issues.
• Ensure that compliance training is effectively delivered to all employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Compliance Management is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in compliance management or related field
