Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our Pretoria team. The successful candidate will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities

  • Implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Establish HR policies that are in line with business objectives.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate training programs.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain HR information systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development programs.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits and compensation packages.
  • Conduct audits for compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Research and analyze HR trends and report findings to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR Management is desirable
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
