Job Description

As a Tooling Engineer, you will be essential in designing and implementing tooling solutions for our manufacturing processes. Collaborate with production teams to ensure tooling is efficient, reliable, and tailored for our specific production needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative tooling solutions.
• Work closely with QA to ensure tooling meets quality standards.

• Manage tooling projects from conception through implementation.
• Coordinate with suppliers for tooling materials and services.
• Evaluate existing tooling and recommend upgrades or replacements.
• Prepare periodic reports on tooling performance and metrics.
• Assist in budgeting for tooling projects and adjustments.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to align tooling efforts.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns on tooling best practices.
