Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will contribute to various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Your expertise will ensure that we attract and retain top talent while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and strategies.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Monitor employee performance and assist managers in performance reviews.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, particularly in generalist roles
