Job Description

Join our vibrant culinary team as a Pantry Cook, where you will play a crucial role in preparing and assembling a variety of cold food items. We seek individuals who are attentive to detail, possess excellent organizational skills, and are passionate about food preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of cold dishes, including salads, sandwiches, and appetizers.
  • Follow recipes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Clean and organize pantry area, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
  • Maintain inventory levels and communicate needs to the Head Chef.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation regulations are followed at all times.
  • Assist other kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary certification or diploma in food preparation is preferred
Experience
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
