Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Payroll Analyst to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in payroll processing and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the full payroll cycle, ensuring timely and accurate payroll submissions.
• Monitor legislative changes and adjust procedures to meet compliance requirements.
• Analyze payroll data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with the preparation of annual payroll budgets and forecasts.
• Facilitate training for employees on payroll-related matters.
• Coordinate with finance for the reconciliation of payroll accounts.
• Enhance payroll procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare year-end reports such as IRP5s and other required documentation.
• Manage payroll-related audits and implement corrective actions.
• Support HR initiatives by providing payroll data for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in payroll is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in payroll management in a corporate environment
