Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will be pivotal in managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Your role is to ensure HR strategies align with our company goals, fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Implement performance evaluation systems.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and data.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • Master's degree in HR Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management
