Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Monitor client feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Create and deliver presentations to clients on service updates and new offerings.
  • Participate in client training sessions when necessary.
  • Manage the renewal process and address any concerns that arise.
  • Provide proactive solutions to client issues and challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • An MBA is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support and account management
