Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving. This role involves helping customers by providing information about our products and services, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for customer queries.
  • Guide customers through product usage and troubleshooting steps.
  • Gather customer feedback for future service enhancements.
  • Assist in the development of customer service materials and FAQs.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Provide support during high-demand periods and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support

Languages
