Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in a variety of settings.
• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement infection control measures and maintain a sterile environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Monitor and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Educate patients about preventive health measures and management of chronic conditions.
• Participate in nursing research and contribute to evidence-based practices.
• Assist with the orientation and training of new staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Postgraduate diploma in Advanced Nursing is advantageous

Experience

• 3 years of nursing experience preferred
