Job Description

As a Spraying Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in operating advanced spraying machines to apply coatings to various products. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain spraying machines according to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct routine quality checks on sprayed surfaces to maintain high standards.
• Mix and prepare solutions for coatings to ensure consistency.
• Assist with training new operators in equipment operation and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management of spraying materials.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with spraying equipment as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
• Assist in achieving production timelines while maintaining quality.
• Document production data and submit reports as required.

Requirements

Education

• Additional certifications in manufacturing or painting processes are advantageous.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
