Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our exciting projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with the ability to coordinate and lead multifaceted teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will be instrumental in driving project execution, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate project resources
  • Communicate with stakeholders to define project requirements
  • Analyze and mitigate project risks effectively
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics
  • Utilize project management software to track tasks and deadlines
  • Lead project team meetings to ensure alignment on objectives
  • Oversee project budgets and financial reports
  • Negotiate with vendors and external partners as necessary

  • Assist in training and mentoring junior project team members

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • PMP or similar certification preferred

  • 5+ years of experience leading projects
