Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, establishing timelines and resource requirements.
• Manage contractor relationships and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Ensure project scope is adhered to and manage any changes effectively.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Supported by a project coordinator, ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
• Review financial reports and assist the Finance department with invoicing and payments.
• Utilize project management tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Experience

• 7+ years experience in managing large-scale construction projects
