UX/UI Designer

Job Description

Seeking a creative UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team in Cape Town. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing engaging user interfaces and user experiences that align with our clients' business goals. The right person will be detail-oriented, with a strong portfolio showcasing their design work.

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas and journey maps to guide the design process.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to align on project goals and timelines.
• Conduct competitor analysis to inform design decisions and stay ahead of trends.
• Produce design assets for marketing and branding initiatives.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Evaluate and implement tools and technologies to improve design workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related discipline
• Master's degree in UX/UI or related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio

Certifications

• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
