Job Description

We are seeking a passionate IT Support Technician in Centurion to deliver efficient technical support and assistance. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth IT operations while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve technical support tickets for staff in a timely manner.
  • Provide user training and support for various IT applications.
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for network and connectivity issues.
  • Install and update operating systems and applications as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and standards.
  • Assist in the maintenance of IT inventory and asset management.
  • Generate regular reports on support ticket resolution times.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on project implementations.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of IT processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support or related area
