Job Description

We are searching for a passionate Learning and Development Specialist to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying training needs and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute training initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Evaluate and select external training providers as necessary.
  • Conduct regular audits of training programs to ensure compliance.
  • Engage with employees to gather feedback and improve training offerings.
  • Develop e-learning modules to enhance accessibility of training.
  • Work with leadership to align training programs with organizational strategy.
  • Participate in HR initiatives to promote employee engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in learning and development
