Responsibilities

• Attract and source the right candidates for various roles.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct initial screening interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify candidate requirements.
• Provide guidance to clients on market conditions and salary expectations.
• Develop a talent pool for future hiring needs.
• Facilitate candidate onboarding and orientation.
• Collect feedback from clients and candidates post-placement.
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company.
• Manage recruitment tools and software efficiently.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent management

Technical Skills

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Candidate Assessment Tools

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills
• Time Management

Certifications

• Sourcing Specialist Certification
• HR Certification from SHRM or HRCI

Languages

• English: Fluent
