Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in managing HR functions and promoting a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment activities to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Develop and update HR policies in accordance with best practices.
  • Foster a culture of communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and address employee concerns.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Monitor employee engagement and devise strategies for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or a similar role
