Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions for new employees.
  • Support employee relations and promote a positive work environment.
  • Assist with the performance appraisal process and feedback mechanisms.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure data accuracy.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys to gain insight into workplace culture.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits.
  • Implement health and wellness programs in the workplace.
  • Stay informed about changes in labor legislation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is advantageous
Experience
  • 4-6 years in HR generalist or HR business partner role
