Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for customer inquiries across multiple channels.
  • Educate customers about our products and services effectively.
  • Conduct follow-ups on customer issues to ensure complete resolution.
  • Identify patterns in customer issues and escalate accordingly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development for customer service skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Customer Service preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a call centre environment
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of help desk software
  • Data entry skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Conversational
