We are in need of a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Durban. This role involves deeply understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving product adoption. Your proactive communication and problem-solving skills will ensure our clients thrive. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll play a pivotal role in improving our service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops and trainings for clients to maximize product usage.
  • Generate and share reports on customer health metrics and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance customer engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in developing customer success materials and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or related field
