Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Manager to spearhead our employee training initiatives in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing effective training programs, conducting needs analyses, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Set measurable goals for learning outcomes and track progress towards achieving them.
  • Inspire, mentor, and coach trainers to enable them to deliver high-quality training experiences.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote training initiatives.
  • Develop metrics to assess the impact of training on business performance and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Education
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in talent development or similar roles
