Project Manager

Job Description

In this role as a Project Manager, you'll be the linchpin that connects teams and drives successful project delivery. You will manage all phases of project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Strong communication skills will be essential as you interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project process.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Communicate project expectations and status to all stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage relationships effectively.
• Develop and administer project budgets, tracking expenditures and maintaining financial accuracy.
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Provide mentorship and direction to junior project staff.
• Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for future initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a leadership role

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
• Agile Methodologies

Soft Skills

• Strong Communication

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
