Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Account Representative to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and the ability to manage various customer accounts efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and issues.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain professionalism.
  • Document every interaction with customers for future reference.
  • Monitor account statuses and identify potential issues before they arise.
  • Proactively reach out to customers for account updates and renewals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or similar roles
