Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Upington. You will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating patient services, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Your role is crucial to maintaining a high standard of care and improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the healthcare facility.
  • Manage and supervise healthcare staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate patient services and ensure optimal patient care.
  • Develop and implement healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Organize training and professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Act as a liaison with outside vendors, government agencies, and insurance companies.
  • Analyze data to inform management decisions and improve service delivery.
  • Implement strategies for patient satisfaction and service enhancement.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports related to facility operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or related field
