Job Description

As a Pharmacist with us, you will ensure the accurate dispensing of medications, provide patient consultations, and collaborate with other healthcare providers to support patient health. This role is vital to advancing public health and improving access to medications.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations and conduct health assessments.
• Guide patients in selecting over-the-counter medications.
• Help manage potential drug-related problems in patient care.
• Lead OTC drug therapy consultations and provide health education.
• Support training for pharmacy staff on medication management.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of pharmacy services.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
• Promote adherence to medication regimens among patients.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy is preferred
• Pharmacist's Registration with the SAPC

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical pharmacy role preferred.
